1 lb Brussel sprouts
3 Tbsp TonTon Ginger Scallion Sauce
Oil (canola or vegetable)
Salt & Pepper
¼” disc of pancetta
Pickled Red Onions
Rinse Brussels and slice off and discard the bottom end of each, as well as any wilted or discolored leaves
Bring 4 cups water to a boil
Carefully add Brussel sprouts and boil for 3-5 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water
Heat 2 T oil in a large skillet on high heat
Pan sear Brussel sprouts in hot oil for 3-5 minutes until crispy
In a separate pan, fry pancetta until crispy and cut to desired size
Combine all ingredients on a plate and top with TonTon Ginger Scallion Sauce
This dish can be prepared and served without the pancetta.
