2 Tbs vegetable or canola oil
2 cups cooked rice room temperature
1 egg scrambled
1 .5 Tbs green onion chopped
1.5 Tbs carrot diced
2 oz Garlic Scallion Sauce
Green Onion & Sesame Seeds for garnish
Heat oil in sauté pan over medium high heat
Add egg and cook until firm
Add rice to pan
Chop egg as you stir in rice
Add vegetables
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften
Add Garlic Scallion Sauce, mix to combine and sauté for another 45 seconds and remove from heat
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
