1/2 lb. green beans washed and trimmed
1 Tbs vegetable or canola Oil
4 oz Yuzu Sauce
Blanch green beans in boiling water for 1 minute
Drain green bean and put in ice bath to stop cooking
Heat 1 Tbs oil in pan on high heat
Sauté green beans in oil for 3-4 mins.
Add Yuzu Sauce to pan and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens around the beans
