Green Beans in Yuzu Sauce

Directions

1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 1 minute

2. Drain green bean and put in ice bath to stop cooking

3. Heat 1 Tbs oil in pan on high heat

4. Sauté green beans in oil for 3-4 mins.

5. Add Yuzu Sauce to pan and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens around the beans
