Mongolian Beef w/ Kobe Sauce

Directions

1. Heat 2 Tbs oil in pan over medium high heat

2. Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until brown on all sides

3. Remove beef from pan and set aside

4. Heat another 1 Tbs of oil in the pan

5. Add bell pepper and onion and sauté for 3 minutes

6. Return beef with any juices to pan

7. Stir in Kobe Sauce, remove from heat and add sesame seeds

8. Garnish with Green Onion
