5oz Salmon (skin off)
1/4 Cup TonTon® Teriyaki
1/2 Cup pineapple wedges
1 Fresno chile; halved-deseeded
3 Tbsp toasted almonds
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Micro-greens
Furikake
Pre-heat oven to 350º F
Marinate salmon in TonTon® Teriyaki for 10 minutes
Heat oven on broil and char Pineapple and Fresno pepper approx. 5 minutes
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil on Medium heat, add almonds to hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes until toasted
Heat skillet on medium-high heat and pan sear salmon face down in hot pan for 2-3 minutes
Finish in 350º F oven for 6-7 minutes
Slice pineapple and julienne Fresno pepper
Pull apart salmon, toss in 2-3 oz TonTon® Teriyaki sauce and plate
Garnish with charred pineapple-peppers, crushed almonds, and Furikake.
