2 Cup cauliflower florets
2 each green onion (green tops only)
1/2 Cup TonTon® Ginger Dressing
1/4 Cup coconut milk
Fried garlic or shallot
Mint and cilantro
1 Tbsp Butter
Mix TonTon® Ginger Dressing with coconut milk
Slice tops of green onion and discard white part
Boil or steam cauliflower 2-3 minutes. Chill in ice bath. Remove and pat dry
Heat pan stovetop on medium heat
Add butter followed by cauliflower. Sauté for 2 minutes
Add ginger-coconut sauce and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes as the sauce thickens
Season with salt to taste
Plate in bowl and garnish with diced green onions, fried garlic, and fresh herbs
