1/2 Cup TonTon® Yuzu
1 14oz can Jackfruit; slightly pulled apart
1 head Bibb lettuce
1 small carrot; peeled; diced
1 each green onion; diced
Minced herbs (cilantro, basil, mint)
Peanuts; toasted; crushed
1 red chili; deseeded and diced
Fried shallots (store bought)
1 Lime
1 Tbsp butter/oil
Heat pan on stovetop to medium
Melt butter, sauté jackfruit, carrots, green onion
Sauté 3-4 minutes for color and add TonTon® Yuzu Sauce and cook for another 2 minutes
Assemble lettuce wraps with jackfruit mixture, peanuts, fried shallots, herbs, chile and limes
