1/4 Cup TonTon® Hibachi
8 oz Maitake Mushrooms
1 each baby bok choy; rinsed, julienned (save little for garnish)
1/2 shallot; julienned
2 oz sour cream
1/8 tsp wasabi paste
1 Tbsp butter
Sweet potato chips (or regular)
1 Lemon
Sesame seeds
Mix sour cream and wasabi paste with a squeeze of lemon. Season with dash of salt
Heat pan on medium, melt butter then sauté shallots 1 minute
Add mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes
Add Bok choy and TonTon® Hibachi Sauce and caramelize in the pan for 1 minute
Plate wasabi cream and plate mushrooms on top
Garnish with chips, bok choy, sesame seeds
