TonTon® Yuzu-Jackfruit Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup TonTon® Yuzu

• 1 14oz can Jackfruit; slightly pulled apart

• 1 head Bibb lettuce

• 1 small carrot; peeled; diced

• 1 each green onion; diced

• Minced herbs (cilantro, basil, mint) 

• Peanuts; toasted; crushed

• 1 red chili; deseeded and diced

• Fried shallots (store bought)

• 1 Lime

• 1 Tbsp butter/oil
